What we record, and what we do not.

Effective 20 October 2026. The short version: the calculators work without handing over anything, the numbers you type stay in your browser unless you ask us to email them, and there are no advertising networks or cross-site trackers on this site.

Analytics & telemetry

We record anonymous interaction events and model parameters to evaluate calculator accuracy and refine our decision engines. We do not sell personal data or run cross-site tracking scripts.

Concretely, when you use an interactive asset we may record: which asset was opened, when it was opened, the names of the input fields you changed (for example “compAverageValue”) and how many, the page you arrived from, your approximate viewport width, and a timestamp. We do not record the values you type, your name, your address, or anything that identifies you. These events use no cookies and are not shared with advertising networks.

Your calculator inputs

Multivariable engines save your inputs in your own browser (localStorage) so that a return visit resumes where you left off. That data never leaves your device unless you explicitly ask us to email a scenario. Choosing “Start fresh”, clearing site data, or using a private window removes it.

Email

Email is optional and only requested after a model is complete — never as a gate. If you ask for a scenario report, we store your address with the scenario you submitted, use it to send that report, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time, and asking us to delete the record removes it.

What we do not do

  • No account, login, or session profile.
  • No advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-site tracking scripts.
  • No selling or renting of personal data — we have no data to sell beyond an address you chose to give.
  • No recording of the financial values you enter into the engines.

Retention and requests

Interaction events are kept for up to 24 months in aggregate form. Email records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. To request a copy or deletion of anything associated with your address, write to privacy@wellroost.com.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the effective date above moves. The date is the version recorded alongside any email you submit, so a record always answers to the notice it was given under.
